Order Processing Time

All orders for our dining tables are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We fulfill orders from the United States to provide high-quality furniture to our customers in New Zealand.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Littleton, Colorado, United States.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated international shipping time to New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. No handling or delivery fees apply.

Tax Information (New Zealand GST & Duties)

  • Import Duties & GST: Since we ship internationally from the United States to New Zealand, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including New Zealand GST of 15%) once a shipment reaches your destination.
  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting the New Zealand Customs Service for more information regarding current import thresholds.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Due to the size of dining tables, we use specialized international freight carriers. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, customs clearance procedures, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.
